You're not alone!

The last day of school on a warm and sunny day. The bell rings letting everyone know that school is finally out. I grabbed my backpack and running out the door. I stoped by a couple of classrooms to tell my friends goodbye. Starting a conversation with some and sharing our ideas for the summer. When I get done talking I headed for the front door waving the school goodbye and running to my mother's car. As soon as I get in the car my mother as how was my day. With the facial expression on my face I didn't have to say a word.

Talking with my mother I realized my best friend hasn't made it to the car yet! (my best friend rides home with me) I asked my mother if I could go and get her out of class. The quickest way to get to her class was up this giant hill. They called the hill " a quick way to death". If you anyone fall down that hill they wouldn't make it home.
As I walk up the hill i begin to get tired. I guess I needed to work out more! Can't wait until I get to the top of the hill. Going up the hill slow one step at a time praying that I make it to the top. I Finally make it to the top of the hill. Tired and out of breathe I keep walking. Looking for her as i walk speaking to everyone i see, i notice her coming down the walk way. Waiting and catching my breathe at the same time i waited on her.

When she finally makes it to me we headed down the hill. Taking one step at a time making sure we don't fall. My best friend wanted to tell me about her day while we was walking. Yes, it was dare taking but we did it anyway. We continued to walk down the hill talking and laughing. While she is talking my eyes are glued to the ground not thinking about taking them off. She was talking about what she was going to do this summer and how much fun we was going to have.

All of a sudden, BOOM! I stoped dead in my trackes and looked up to see what happened. I didnt see anything in front of me so i looked to the side of me. When I look to the side of me I don't see my friend anymore. All I heard was screaming and somebody yelling help. So I look down the hill and see my best friend rolling down the hill. In a shock I stood there not knowing what to do. I had to think of something quick and fast. I started to think long and hard. I finally came up with an ideas. Being the best friend that I am I didn't want her to be by herself. I took a deep breathe and rolled down the big hill. Not really thinking how this could hurt me. When I make it down to the bottom, the whole school is laughing at us. When we got up and dusted our self off we looked mt in the eyes and said...
"Thanks best friend!"
" Just know that you're not alone"
Both of us walking away laughing and cant wamotherit to tell my mother!
